While the bliss of a wedding, or a Bar or Bat mitzvah is one of the most special of your family’s life cycle events, it can be an overwhelming process, and one made much easier with an advocate in your corner. To The Point can be that advocate for you.
We provide resources, advice, and counsel on the most value for your budget – places to pinch pennies and the best uses and for spending your dollars. Our company is known for its quality of service and originality to create the event you have always envisioned, while still maintaining your perspective and budget considerations.
Clients like you, get to utilize our event planning knowledge accumulated from over 30 years in the Live Events industry. In actuality, our Day of Event Consultation services are similar to those provided by a Full-Service Consultant, only at a significantly reduced rate, as we do not escort the clients to the vendors. To The Point can provide contact information and vendor names, with referrals and recommendations. This allows the clients to decide for themselves their vendors of choice – whom YOU feel are the best match for your personalities and budget. We do not negotiate pricing, however, can recommend reliable vendors to get the most value and quality of service available.
To The Point provides our clients the ability to ask “any silly question” without judgment, before going directly to the vendor, so you feel comfortable with the question and any vocabulary involved. We recommend how to ask the question for which you are seeking answers, and even suggest the questions you did not know you should be asking! To The Point helps you save toward your budget by letting you know what should be included as standard in the industry, by reviewing all your contracts for inclusivity, if desired. A few weeks before your event we create a detailed timeline for your big day, from the morning until the conclusion of your celebration. Then, a week or two before your event, we meet to finalize each and every detail, also contacting all the involved vendors to notify them that we are the appointed contact for the day.
To The Point provides advice as needed, on everything from seating charts and room diagrams, table linen and specialized chair rentals, and timelines for the event. The vast majority of our interactions are by phone or email, but we are available for as much or as little assistance as your family would need. Included in our fee, we also run your wedding rehearsal, if desired.
Then on the day of, To The Point is on-site to direct the vendors to your exact specifications. We ensure all details are arranged as contracted. We manage and direct the event seamlessly and if any issue were to arise, handle it on your behalf, so you can be a guest. Things happen, but To The Point helps to maximize our client’s enjoyment and allows them to be hosts. To The Point stays until after you leave your venue. We even help load your party belongings into your car or onto the hotel bell cart.
